New Hope Baptist Church to celebrate Easter with egg hunt, sunrise service

The New Hope Baptist Church Scholarship Ministry is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt for children age 11 and under from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on March 31 in the Dale Fellowship Hall of the church, 45 Hampton St., Metuchen. The afternoon will include the egg hunt, Bible lessons, lunch and crafts.

Then, on April 1, the church will hold its Easter Sunrise Service at 6 a.m. at the church near the bell tower. A continental breakfast will be served. The regular mass will begin at 10:30 a.m.
