His Eagle Scout project involved the organization and supervision of a renovation project including landscape design, the building of a new banner-size sign holder, and the cleaning of a welcome sign for the Griggstown Reformed Church on Canal Road in Princeton.

His project “is a testimonial to his constant determination to give back to the community, and is testimony for his love of scouting,” according to the resolution read in his honor on Feb. 27.
