North Edison Local History Day set for April 7

Patrons check out local historical artifacts during North Edison Local History Day at the North Edison Branch Library, on Apr 7.

North Edison Local History Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 7 at the Edison Public Library’s North Branch, 77 Grove Ave., Edison.

There will be a 30-minute interactive presentation; old photographs of the area, local homes and landmarks; and historical displays of maps and other memorabilia.

Members of the Metuchen-Edison Historical Society will answer questions and share stories.

The free event is sponsored by the Metuchen-Edison Historical Society and the Edison Free Public Library.
