Children ages 5-11 can join the Rutgers Master Gardeners for a series of fun gardening workshops from 11 a.m. to noon on specific days at the Middlesex County EARTH Center in Davidson’s Mill Pond Park, 42 Riva Ave., South Brunswick.

“Little Sprouts – Seeds in the Garden” will focus on seed starting on May 12. “Good Bugs, Bad Bugs – Pollinators and Insects” exploring butterflies, pollinators, and good bugs vs. bad bugs, will be on June 2. “Harvesting and Hydrating” about harvesting produce, and the importance of water conservation, will be July on 21.
Families can sign up their children for individual workshops or the full series.
