John P. Stevens band parents to hold clothing drive May 12

The John P. Stevens High School Band Parent Association will hold a spring clothing drive from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 12 at the school, 855 Grove Ave., Edison.

Wearable and usable men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, shoes, belts, handbags, linens, towels and comforters will be accepted. Place items in well-tied plastic garbage bags.

Hard toys, baby gear, books and pots and pans will not be accepted.

The JP Stevens Band Parent Association will receive a donation for the total poundage collected.
