The YMCA of Metuchen, Edison, Woodbridge & South Amboy wants to ensure children awaken their summer imaginations through healthy eating habits and physical activity.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 21, Healthy Kids Day will take place at the branches in Metuchen, Edison and South Amboy. Families and children will partake in games, healthy cooking demonstrations, getting fit activities and more to motivate and teach families how to develop a healthy routine at home.
The YMCA’s Camp Open House will also be held.
