Hazlet to distribute free tree seedlings April 21

The Hazlet Environmental Commission will distribute 500 free tree seedlings to residents in celebration of Earth Day.

The event will take place at the Nacto Park entrance this Saturday, April 21, at 1 p.m. in Hazlet.

The distribution signifies an ongoing effort to replace the trees lost during superstorm Sandy, according to a press release.

Nacto Park is located at 399 Middle Road.
