CBA student athletes sign letters of intent

Seventeen Christian Brothers Academy student athletes announced where they will continue their collegiate careers when they signed National Letters of Intent on April 11.

The athletes who signed the letters in a ceremony held at the school in Lincroft were baseball player Jake Lawrie (Marist College); crew members Logan Lukenda (Dartmouth College), Will Acken (Yale University) Kyle Wicklund (University of Delaware), Garrett Hegel (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), David Marcano (La Salle University), Blake Vastola (University of Pennsylvania), Sean Kenney (University of San Diego), Vince Kiechlin (Jacksonville University) and Erik Wicks (University of Pennsylvania/fall signee); and fencer Ryan Hagan (Stevens Institute of Technology).

Also signing were swimmers Peter Warshaw (Loyola University in Maryland), Dimitri Maldonado (Rider University), Joey West (Seton Hall University); track and field athletes Dan Mead (Cornell University), Ryan Miele (Bucknell University), Jack Lotosky (Ohio State University) ;and wrestler Richie Kohler (Rider University).
