Culinary experience

Celebrity judges were treated to a culinary experience as they sampled work from Middlesex County College (MCC) Professor Andrew Rubin’s Quantity Food Production and Menu Design class. The group toured the food lab and spoke with students. Egan was on campus to talk with college officials about developing food management internship opportunities with Jersey Mike’s.
