Makhelat Hamercaz, the Jewish Choir of Central New Jersey, will hold a joyful celebration of Israeli songs to celebrate Israel’s 70th anniversary at 7:30 p.m. on May 30 at the East Brunswick Jewish Center, 511 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick.
Musical directors are cantors Sheldon Levin and Anna West Ott. Dave Schlossberg will be on piano, with guest soloist Ben Berman.
A kosher dairy reception will follow.
General admission is $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Seniors or young adults age 35 and younger are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Patrons are $100 for two reserved seats and a program listing. Friends are $36 per reserved seat and a program listing. Benefactors are $180 for four reserved seats and a program listing. Angels are $360 for four reserved seats and a program listing. Guardian angels are $500 for four reserved seats and a program listing.
