The New Jersey State Bar Foundation will be the host to a panel of experts for Senior Citizens Law Day on June 5 at the New Jersey Law Center, 1 Constitution Sq., New Brunswick.
Continental breakfast will begin at 9:30 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., Mark R. Friedman will discuss estate planning and elder law. Cathyanne A. Pisciotta will speak about guardianship and estate litigation at 10:45 a.m. At 11:25 a.m., elder abuse, scams and fraud will be addressed by Detective Christopher Pennisi of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
