Rita’s to host fundraiser for OLV School on June 4

SCOTT FRIEDMAN — Chad Listner enjoys a frozen treat as Dee Whitman teaches the finer points of making granitas (Italian ice) and paletas (Mexican popsicles) as the South Brunswick Library presents Dee's Kitchen Lab on Aug 10.

Our Lady of Victories School will hold a fundraiser from 5-9 p.m. on June 4 at Rita’s Italian Ice, 3310 Washington Road, Sayreville.

Fifteen percent of all sale will benefit the school.
