Broker Sales Associate Barbara Penny, who is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Metuchen/Edison, will sponsor the 15th Annual Tower Area Garage Sale from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 9 in North Edison. Rain date June 10.
The event will include more than 35 homes, each hosting an individual garage sale. All participating homes are bordered by Grove Avenue, Route 27, and Calvert and Christie streets. Maps are available Coldwell office, 40 Middlesex Ave. (Route 27), or by calling Penny directly at 732-261-4900.
The event will be easily identifiable by blue and white balloons and directional signs beginning on Route 27 and Grove Avenue.
A resident of Edison Tower and an active member of her community, Penny established this annual event in 2003. She is a member of the Metuchen Golf and Country Club, Metuchen Chamber of Commerce, the BNI Networking Group and the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
