Sayreville United Methodist Church, in collaboration with Raritan Bay Medical Center-Perth Amboy, will hold free community wellness screenings from noon to 2 p.m. on June 10 at the church, 406 Main St., Sayreville.
Screenings include blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, pulse, body mass index and stroke risk assessment.
