Family Park Party to focus on health and wellness

Mayor Owen Henry and his Health & Wellness Council will hold their first Family Park Party from 2 p.m. to sunset on June 22 in Mannino Park, Mannino Park Drive, Old Bridge.

Disconnect from electronics and reconnect with the community for outdoor fun. There will be Zumba, yoga, kickball, baseball, a bubble run, a fun fun, soccer, crafts and food trucks.

A dog costume contest will be held at 5 p.m. at the dog park by the Old Bridge Animal Shelter. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded.

The Old Bridge Cultural Arts Committee will kick off its concert series with Ready Willing & Able at 7 p.m. Bring lawn chairs.

Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center will provide free screenings.
