After 28 years of service to Middlesex County, Leonard J. Roseman, left, retired from the Middlesex County Improvement Authority Board (MCIA) in April. A long-time resident of Metuchen, he served as an MCIA Board Member since its inception in 1990. He served as chairman of the board since 2001.
