Metuchen resident retires from MCIA

After 28 years of service to Middlesex County, Leonard J. Roseman, left, retired from the Middlesex County Improvement Authority Board (MCIA) in April. A long-time resident of Metuchen, he served as an MCIA Board Member since its inception in 1990. He served as chairman of the board since 2001. He also served as a council member and council president for the Metuchen Borough Council. Middlesex County Freeholder Director Ronald G. Rios, right, led the freeholder board in recognizing Roseman during a meeting on May 17.
