This summer, children will once again have the chance to earn a free Slurpee from 7-Eleven when having positive interactions with law enforcement officers from the East Brunswick Police Department, part of Operation Chill.

Officers will “ticket” juveniles by rewarding them for good deeds, bicycle safety, constructive activities and acts of kindness. Appropriate “offenses” might include helping another person or participating in a community or police-sponsored event.
