Our Lady of Peace Knights of Columbus Council 9199 of Fords has reserved a picnic grove area on Aug. 19 at Monmouth Park race track in Oceanport for a “Day At The Races.”
The cost is $15 per person, advance sales only. Children under 12 are free.

Sundays at Monmouth Park are Family Fun Day. There will be free pony rides, face painting, clowns, music and more. There is also an arcade and a playground.
Attendees should bring a side dish or dessert. The Knights will provide hot dogs, burgers and all the fixings. Coolers are allowed.
Gates open at 11:30 a.m. Parking is not included.
