Saint Mary School, Middletown, is committed to putting your child first. Through Catholic teachings, Saint Mary School’s nurturing staff provides academic excellence in an intimate setting that is individualized to promote faith, respect and self-discovery.

From its groundbreaking ceremonies for the original eight-classroom building in July 1952 until the present day, Saint Mary School has maintained a proud and respected tradition of academic excellence and solid spiritual formation.

Today, the growth and vision of Saint Mary School is stronger than ever and is considered a pre-eminent Catholic school in the region.

Celebrating 65 years since it first opened its doors to its students, Saint Mary School strives to find the perfect balance between traditional educational practices and more contemporary offerings.

To that end, the school has added a new, state-of-the-art science lab, boasts of an accomplished performing and fine arts program, provides instruction in the area of technology, competes in varsity and junior varsity sports programs (including football), and provides many community service opportunities, all while staying true to the mission of being “Academically Excellent and Passionately Catholic.”

New for the 2018-19 school year, Saint Mary School will soon have a new, high-tech Information Commons, where students from kindergarten through eighth grade can develop their research skills while putting their ideas and thoughts to paper.

This is just another example of Saint Mary School producing students who are ready for high school and beyond with an education that is unapologetically Catholic, family centered, caring to others and respectful to all.
