Weichert, Realtors announced that 38 of its top sales associates in New Jersey were named among America’s most-productive sales associates in a new ranking report produced by REAL Trends. One sales associate who has been recognized in the Individuals by Sides category is Kathleen Pascocello of the Jackson sales office.

Robert Skinner of Jackson has joined Weichert Commercial Brokerage as vice president. Skinner has more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in customer-oriented industries. “We are delighted to have Robert join Weichert Commercial Brokerage as vice president,” James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc., said. “His expertise in brand development and success in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with high-stakes clients make him a great addition to our team.” Before joining Weichert, Skinner managed the sales division of commercial and residential buildings for a boutique real estate brokerage in New York City, specializing in sales and leases of hotels, offices and retail. In addition to his success in real estate, Skinner has a background in marketing and also produced and hosted a radio show focused on real estate. In his community, Skinner serves as chairman of the Jackson Township Rent Leveling Board. He will be based in Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s Edison office.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the philanthropic arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., will host its fourth annual charity event, the Cares Casino Royale, at 6 p.m. Sept. 13 at The Palace at Somerset Park, Somerset. The event will feature games of chance, a raffle, a silent auction, gift baskets, hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Individual tickets are $100, on sale at www.CARESCasinoRoyale.com, along with sponsorship opportunities. Each ticket includes $50 Coldwell Casino Cash. Funds raised will enable Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares to support 10 charities.
