Internationally known cookbook author Susie Fishbein will present a cooking demonstration and tasting at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 at the Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County (JCC), 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison.
She will make side dishes and a dessert for Thanksgiving: Le Petit Farci (stuffed vegetables), freekah pilaf and warm apple crunch galette. Her “Kosher by Design” cookbooks will be available for sale and signing.
Spaces are limited. Sign up deadline is Oct. 12.
Cost is $48 for JCC members, or $54 for non-members.
