Kenneth Vercammen will speak about wills and estate administration at 7 p.m. on Oct. 2 at the Edison Library Main Branch, 340 Plainfield Ave., Edison.
Topics will include changes to the New Jersey estate tax and veterans tax, changes to the federal estate and gift tax, new Digital Fiduciary Act, new law permits for executor to resign if all parties consent, power of attorney, living will, administering the estate/probate/surrogate, and avoiding unnecessary expenses.
