The John P. Stevens Marching Hawks will hold the 31st annual Marching Band Festival beginning at noon on Oct. 7 at McGowan Stadium, 855 Grove Ave., Edison.
Eight marching bands from Central New Jersey and the surrounding area will vie for trophies and caption awards for Best Music, Best Effect and Best Visual.
This year’s Hawks band is comprised of 180 members. The title of this year’s show is “Reflections,” featuring musical arrangements by Aaron Guidry.
Admission is $10 for adults, or $5 for seniors and students.
