Special needs horseback riding program seeks volunteers

Heads Up Special Riders offers horse riding to children with special needs. The program is located at Hasty Acres, 121 Laurel Ave., Kingston.

Volunteers are needed to assist the children, handle and saddle the horses and walk with the horse and rider during lessons on Monday and Friday afternoons.

No experience is necessary. Training will be provided. There are currently volunteers from age 14 to 72.
