Resources Real Estate presents sales associates with August awards

Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their achievements during August during a company meeting at the Resources Real Estate Corporate and Training Center in Shrewsbury on Sept. 12.

Sales associate Carly York, who works in the Atlantic Highlands office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of having top sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities. She also won the Regency Award, given to an agent with an exceptionally high volume of monthly sales.

Sales associate Christopher Ozar, an agent from the Atlantic Highlands office who predominantly sells in Jersey City and Hoboken, was named Top Listing Agent for having the greatest number of new listings.

The Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associate Jennifer Glover from the Rumson office. This recognition is given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing or sale above $1 million.  A member of Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, she secured a $1,199,000 property sale in Fair Haven for her buyer client.

The Significant Sale Award went to Allison Gregory from the Red Bank office, for representing the buyers and securing a $2,500,000 property sale in Rumson.

Sales Associate Joyce Diamond, from the Atlantic Highlands office, won the Perseverance Award, an honor that is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges.  She overcame many obstacles with the successful sale of an older property.

The Rainmaker Award was given to sales associate Scott Sieh from the Atlantic Highlands office. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. He won this month’s award for showing a continual commitment to business-building activities and using company-provided sales tools.

Lastly, sales associates Andrea Davies from the Rumson office received the Team Spirit Award. Nominated by Resources’ Managing Partner and Broker Thomas McCormack, Andrea received the award for volunteering to assist a fellow agent by covering an inspection.
