The North Brunswick Buddy Ball community sponsored a volunteer cleanup in North Brunswick Community Park by clearing the walk/run track on May 12 in preparation for the upcoming Memorial Day 5K Run/Walk on May 28. The players, buddies, parents and coaches were provided recycling bags by the North Brunswick Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services. Next week, the members plan to place American flags along the walkway on the community track known as Buddy Ball Lane.
EDITOR’S NOTE: This event has been postponed until Spring 2019.
The North Brunswick Soccer Club has announced its first “Field Day With Friends” Buddy Ball Tournament starting at 11 a.m. on Oct. 27 at North Brunswick Community Park, 2053 Route 130, North Brunswick.
The Buddy Ball communities from East Brunswick, Woodbridge and Highland Park will join North Brunswick to participate in a series of soccer drills and games with players and their buddies.
