It is with great pride that I endorse Joyce Eldridge Howard for the one year unexpired term for Hillsborough Board of Education.
Joyce is an experienced educator and a leader in education for many years.
She is extremely creative and civic minded.
Joyce will bring many creative ideas to the Board of Education assisting in enabling our students to benefit by the excellent school system we have in Hillsborough.
Please join me in voting for Joyce Eldridge Howard, election day November 6 for the Hillsborough Board of Education.
