Middlesex County residents invited to job fair Nov. 1

The Middlesex County Office of Workforce Development will hold its annual job fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Nov. 1 at the Woodbridge Community Center, 600 Main St., Woodbridge.

More than 40 businesses will be recruiting for full- and part-time permanent job opportunities and will conduct onsite interviews. Industries include advanced manufacturing, food, health care, retail/hospitality, transportation/logistics/distribution and more.

A special community resources area will provide attendees with information about programs and services available to Middlesex County residents.

This year’s job fair places a special emphasis on hiring veterans.

Staff from the Career One Stop Centers will be on site to review resumes and advise job seekers on the latest strategies for finding a job.
