EAST BRUNSWICK – The East Brunswick chapter of Hadassah held a tricky tray auction, served cuisine from Giddy’s, hosted live music by Dave Schlossberg, listened to Mission to Israel speaker Jen-Eve Frace, took part in Israeli dancing and had fun in photo booth during its annual membership appreciation gala, which specifically centered on Israel’s 70th anniversary, on Oct. 4 at the East Brunswick Jewish Center.
The chapter’s Knit & Nosh group donated knitted hats for preemies to Hadassah Hospital in Israel, and scarves for the Lone Soldiers of Israel, which were delivered by Region President Michelle Krasner and chair of the gala, Barbara Pollak.
