I write this to recommend Michael Drennan, who is seeking to become a member of the Allentown Borough Council.
I have known my neighbor Michael for 26 years. He and his late wife Kerry raised two successful daughters through our public schools.
Michael at this point in his life could have left the borough, however, he has committed to giving back in the form of public service for what Allentown has provided him and his family.
He will bring an accountant’s eye to the borough budget. He has no commercial interest in town other than a homeowner’s commitment and desire to see the community preserved and prosper.
He and his running mate Tom Monahan are not running on a political party ticket and have no allegiances except to their own conscience. I recommend a vote for Michael Drennan and Tom Monahan for Allentown Borough Council.
