“Rob Divito is a fantastic Ben Franklin, I learned so much,” said Linda Beacher, a guest at the dinner. “I wish that history had been taught this way when I was in school because rather than dread going to class, I would have loved history.”

As a part of the Revolutionary Reenactment Dinner Series, the event was created by Mountaintop Marketing to try to bring history to life.

“The Logan Inn, built in 1727, was the ideal spot to have a revolutionary themed event,” said Marianne Ramano of Mountaintop Marketing.

Mountaintop Marketing, based in Stockton, have created many events to bring the past to life and educate individuals. Including events telling the tale of the unknown women who contributed to the success of the American Revolution.

Their next event will take place on Dec. 5 at the Wedgewood Inn, 111 W Bridge St., New Hope, Pa. The event will feature a George Washington impersonator who will speak on the 10 Crucial Days. Tickets are available through Eventbrite.
