Fitness professional Jon Gallo, Now I’m Fit LLC and the Brunswick Square Mall will celebrate Women’s Health Month in December.
Gallo will lead a 90-minute rape prevention seminar for women only from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 1 at the mall, near the JCPenney entrance, 755 Route 18, East Brunswick.
The seminar is open to all women age 14 and older. All fitness levels welcome. No experience is necessary.
The cost is a minimum donation of $10 per person. A portion of the proceeds will go to Women Aware and Moving Beyond Abuse.
