The Monroe Township Cultural Arts Commission, in collaboration with the Monroe Township Public Library, will present an opera lecture performance series with Jerry Kalstein – Getting to Know Rodgers and Hammerstein – at 1 p.m. on Dec. 12 at the library, 4 Municipal Plaza, Monroe.
