Playhouse 22 will present its 23rd annual production of “A Christmas Carol,” to run at 8 p.m. Fridays, at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturdays, and at 3 p.m. Sundays, Dec. 7-16, at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
