Edison Y to hold Livestrong activities for those with cancer

The Edison branch of the YMCA, in collaboration with the Livestrong Foundation, is providing a free 12-week physical activity program for cancer survivors 18 years and over.

The next session of Livestrong at the Y will launch in January. Classes will focus on strength, flexibility, cardiovascular and meditation techniques.

The class is offered free for survivors of all types of cancer, from the point of diagnosis through treatment and years beyond.
