Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC has announced that Nextage M3 Realty, a residential real estate brokerage firm with offices in Edison and South Brunswick, is the newest member of its franchise network. The firm will now do business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate M3 Realty.
A more than 30-year industry veteran, co-owner and broker Meiling Kravarik’s career in real estate began shortly after her graduation from Cornell University and ultimately inspired her to found an independent brokerage in Edison in 1989.
Kravarik spent more than two decades servicing the Edison community and growing the company to more than 50 agents before partnering with co-brokers/owners/managers Lee Lee Lim and Arthur Napolitano and expanding the company’s presence into South Brunswick in 2013.
Lim and Napolitano both joined the company with extensive real estate experience. Napolitano started as a sales professional and quickly earned the title of a top producer. He went on to manage other brokerages before joining forces with Kravarik and Lim.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate M3 Realty contributes to the community, such as to the Hugs for Brady Foundation in South Brunswick, which supports children battling pediatric cancer.
