South River will hold a free rabies clinic for dogs from noon to 2 p.m. and for cats from 2-3 p.m. on Jan. 19 at the Public Works garage, 9 Ivan Way, South River.
Dog and cat licenses will be sold for borough residents only. The rabies clinic is open to all residents of New Jersey.
