Hospitals launch online survey to identify heath care needs of Middlesex County residents

Residents of Middlesex County will have a chance to help improve health care services in their communities by participating in a brief online survey.

Participation will help identify critical health issues in the community and plan for future health initiatives.

The brief online survey is conducted in both English and Spanish.

To participate, visit rwjbh.org/chna and share thoughts regarding health needs for you, your family and community.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes and all responses are kept completely anonymous. Residents’ feedback will help inform future health care programming and services for the community.
