The New Jersey headquarters of NAMI NJ (National Alliance on Mental Illness) needs a visual expression for a mural on the front wall entrance of the office, located at 1562 Route 130, North Brunswick.
Materials to complete the 8-foot by 11.5-foot mural will be supplied by NAMI NJ. The visual portion must be in color on 11-inch by 17-inch bond paper. The written portion should be 250-500 words. The theme is open, but should be uplifting, hopeful and supportive. Collaborations are acceptable.
The unveiling will take place at NAMI NJ’s open house on May 18. The winner will be announced mid-March.
An exhibit of the top 10 proposals will be displayed at NAMI NJ’s annual meeting in the spring, and will tour parts of New Jersey.
