Nine students from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania took part in the Osgood Center for International Studies Continuity and Change in American Leadership Program from Jan. 6-19. Justin Tumulty of Manalapan, a freshman majoring in history, was in attendance. The students heard from journalists, analysts, diplomats and educators to examine the significance of the times and to explore what is new, what is ephemeral and what is lasting. The program’s focus was on politics, domestic policy, foreign policy, the role of the media and interest groups, and public policy issues.
