Raegina Hawkins of Old Bridge was one of 10 people honored as a Santander Community Quarterback during a special celebration at Lincoln Financial Field. Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham and Eagles alum Jason Avant were in attendance to congratulate the individuals for the positive impact they have made in the Philadelphia community. The evening was emceed by Philadelphia Eagles Insider Dave Spadaro.
