Howard Schwartzer, real estate broker with Weichert Realtors, will present a program on factors to consider when selling or buying a home at 10 a.m. on Jan. 27 at Congregation Beth Ohr, 70 Route 516, Old Bridge. He will be assisted by Jeffrey Schwartz, Weichert mortgage advisor, and Jeffrey Lehman, real estate attorney.
The program will stress how to get a house ready for sale, what to look for when buying a house, how supply and demand and interest rates factor into the price, and understanding buyers’ and sellers’ strengths.
The program will begin with a free bagel breakfast. All are invited. There is no charge to attend and there is no need to RSVP.
