Ray Smith, broker at Stafford Smith Realty in Shrewsbury, has sold Tower Market Shopping Center, 37 Route 35, Block 1001, Lot 18, Eatontown, from Eatontown Commons Associates to Binyan Partners of New York.
The sale price was $4.4 million for the fully leased 23,000-square-foot shopping center that is anchored by Dollar General.
Stafford Smith Realty was the sole broker in the transaction and has been retained by the new owners to continue the lease marketing for the site.
