East Brunswick AARP Chapter 4855 will hold a general meeting at 10:20 a.m. on Feb. 12 in the East Brunswick firehouse, Civic Center Station, 310 Rues Lane, East Brunswick.
Guest speaker Gladys Williams, of the New Jersey AARP Speakers Bureau, will speak on protecting against frauds and scams that victimize many, including seniors, and involve identity theft, fraudulent charities, “grandchildren” impersonations, and tech support schemes.
Refreshments and a short general meeting will follow.
Member yearly dues are welcome at the meeting.
