Hill Wallack LLP has announced the promotion of Nicole Perdoni-Byrne, an attorney who has been named a partner of the firm in its Real Estate, Banking and Financial Services and Public Finance practice groups. Perdoni-Byrne is based in the firm’s Princeton office. She concentrates her practice in financial institutions and in all matters pertaining to banking and secured transactions, as well as representation of purchasers and sellers of commercial property and business assets. Perdoni-Byrne is a scout leader for the Girl Scouts of Robbinsville and Allentown.
