Old Bridge Library offers Valentine-themed events

Highlights of Valentine-themed events at the Old Bridge Library include:

  • Valentine Collages, 10 a.m., Feb. 1 – Adults are welcome to stop in for the weekly adult craft session, which will feature valentine collages using various paper and crafting supplies.
  • Maker Monday: Valentine Crafts, 7 p.m., Feb. 4 – This session is geared toward children ages 3-8, who are invited to make a valentine craft for someone special. Registration required.
  • Video Game Valentines, 7 p.m., Feb. 5 – Teens in grades 6-12 can customize their own valentines based on video game characters, while they enjoy chocolate snacks and play games with friends.
  • Chocolate Lovers Program, 2 p.m., Feb. 6 – This program will demonstrate how to make an assortment of chocolate treats. Participants will also decorate a gift box to take the sweets home. Registration is required.
  • Unwrap a Valentine, 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Feb. 14 – Children are welcome to drop-in and pick up a specially wrapped library book to take home.
