The Bordentown Township Police Department charged two New York residents on Feb. 4 for credit card fraud and multiple drug offenses.

Police said the investigation began on the evening of Feb. 3 at approximately 10:53 p.m. when a township officer observed the operator of a 2001 black BMW make an improper lane change on Route 130 in the area of a Sunoco gas station. Police said a stop was then effectuated, and an alleged “strong odor” of burnt marijuana was observed to be coming from inside the vehicle.
