A 19-year-old Lawrenceville man was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving after he was involved in an accident on Brandon Road West on Feb. 3 at 11:46 p.m. He was released to the custody of a family member. The case will be heard in Hopewell Township Municipal Court.

A 28-year-old Pennington man was charged with driving while intoxicated, assault by auto, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane following a two-car accident on W. Broad Street in Hopewell Borough on Jan. 31 at 5:07 p.m.

The car he was driving collided with another car, whose driver suffered minor injuries. He was released to an acquaintance’s custody. The case will be forwarded to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
