The South Brunswick Parent Academy will offer two workshops embracing and supporting the uniqueness and individuality of students, whether due to physical, developmental, emotional or social differences. They both will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. at Crossroads Middle School North, 635 Georges Road, in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.

The first workshop, Embracing Your Child’s Uniqueness: Turning Obstacles into Opportunities, will be presented on Feb. 26, and will focus on helping parents to not only accept each child for who they are, but to celebrate their individuality and uniqueness.

Different Avenues on the Road to Our Students’ Success on March 5 will offer personalized, small group discussions about the systems the district has in place to support students, through the Department of Student Services.

The workshops are free. Childcare can be provided for children over 3.

Registration for the workshops and/or childcare can be done at bit.ly/2IEEb50.
