Andrew Zastko, broker-owner of Gloria Zastko, Realtors was a featured presenter on Feb. 7 at a homebuyers’ workshop, given by Craig Shapiro of United Teletech Financial, located in North Brunswick.
In attendance were many first-time buyers. Attendees learned the benefits of homeownership, the truth about local home prices, and why 2019 could be the ideal time to purchase a home. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from local professionals from Gloria Zastko, Realtors and United Teletech Financial. Along with receiving a wealth of current information about the current real estate and mortgage process, participants had the opportunity to have their individual questions answered and left with a solid plan of action of the steps needed to be taken on the pathway to homeownership.
Whether one was seeking to make a move in the near future, or simply exploring the idea, the attendees found the workshop to be informative.
